The client came to us because they were very specific that they wanted wooden chairs and tables that had very good colour and grain matching, for which we had lots of experience.
We were also able to meet their other objective of getting a very low gloss level, to the extent that the furniture looks as if it doesn’t have any finishing.
To reach the client’s budget constraints, we produced the tables in solid rubberwood, and matched the colour to the natural white oak chairs.
The project was to supply and install furniture for a business radio station in Kuala Lumpur. Our client was an architect who wanted a wooden theme for the workstations and breakout seating. We made custom hanging pedestals suspended from the table frame.
